Challenge by Valerie Groth

I currently am studying in the Movement Marketing Summit. FANTASTIC first day. I now am going take Valerie Groth's challenge;

If you are as low in self-confidence as I am, and have fears... DO SOMETHING SCARY OR BOLD EVERY DAY for two weeks.

Well, here it is....I am going to write on my blog everyday. No 'pre-writing' stuff in a Microsoft word to make sure it sounds right first. I am just going to open up and share. Valerie is a life coach and inspiration. Thank you to Aj Amyx and Andy Zitzmann for hosting this Summit.

The speakers today were really good. It started with Wendy Lipton-Dibner, MA who set things up beautifully in a call to Focus on the Impact that we make (not the money that we can make) First.

Then Christopher John Stubbs discussed uncovering our purpose. He stated that our greatest mess becomes our greatest message as we use our experiences to share.

Aaron Walker shared many valuable insights, values that I cherish as a Christian woman, in our daily lives. He is a life coach that helps people to live productive lives. One of his quotes that hit home with me is "It doesn't help to know (whatever) if you don't take action (on that knowledge)"

And then came Valerie Groth with the great steps to overcoming fears and being bold every day. It was delightful to listen to her message. I will wish the good on people as she suggested in a morning routine. (I think she used a Buddhism term for it) And I will "Get out of my comfort zone & do something scary daily" (I just hope I remember to be safe too) :-) GBYD- God bless your day.
